It seems that PlayStation Portable is the best platform for the new upcoming role-playing games and over the years we’ve seen all sorts of role-playing games on this console. Of course, many JRPG have been available on this console as well, and now we have another Japanese role-playing game, but this time from Namco. You might have played Tales of the World or any game from its series before, but as you know, we’ve already seen two games from this series and we’re expecting to see another one. Speaking of Tales of the World, it’s a spin-off series of another greater franchise called Tales that has been developed by Namco. As for the Tales series it is inspired by Japanese culture and manga and it already has twelve titles and fifteen spin-off games that have been available on all sorts of consoles such as Super Nintendo Entertainment System, all PlayStation consoles including PlayStation Portable, Xbox 360, GameBoy Color, GameBoy Advance, Nintendo DS and Nintendo Wii. Speaking of spin-offs, Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology, has always been a PSP exclusive and now we’re waiting for the third installment of this series with anticipation.
Interesting thing about Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology series is that it features all sorts of different characters from other Tales game and that makes Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology a one great crossover game. As for the gameplay, it resembles to the one that we see in MMORPGs because players can complete all sorts of quests and craft all sorts of items that can help them in their quest. Besides all sorts of characters from Tales franchise, Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology also has all sorts of classes available to the players. Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 2 had more than 50 characters from the Tales series included and it has brought all sorts of improvements and new classes to the franchise, so the question remains will Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3 live up to the fame of previous game.
Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3 will have massive amount of characters available in the game and we’re expecting that character roster will have 80 available characters. All the characters from the previous game, Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 2, so you’ll have the chance to play with most characters from Tales series in Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3. Speaking about the available characters, most of them will be unlockable, and most of them are from another Tales games. Just like in the previous Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology games, Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3 will feature all sorts of characters from another Tales series so we’ll see characters from different series such as: Tales of Phantasia, Tales of Destiny, Tales of Eternia, Tales of Destiny 2, Tales of Symphonia, Tales of Rebirth, Tales of Legendia, Tales of the Abyss, Tales of the Tempest, Tales of Innocence, Tales of Vesperia, Tales of Hearts, Tales of Graces.
So far, there is no additional information about the storyline but we know that the story in Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3 it revolves around Kanonno Grassvalley, a traveler who travels around the world after the death of her parents. Your new character joins up with Kanonno Grassvalley at the beginning of the game in order to help her with her quests.
Sadly, we don’t have any more information about this game but if you’re a fan of Tales series and of Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology franchise the upcoming Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology game is the right for you. It has 80 characters from the Tales series and improved gameplay so what more can you ask? If you’re a fan of Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology, I suggest that you check for Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3. Sadly, no information about release date is available but we’re hoping that we’ll see it in near future.
